Arenixo started with a headache
Hi! I am Rakibul, an F1 fan, wanted one thing: to attend a Formula 1 race, live. Simple enough, I thought — until the research started.
The packages out there came in exactly two shapes. Premium tours built around hospitality suites and airport chauffeurs — a beautiful product for somebody else. Or rigid group tours: fixed hotels without any felxibility, group buses, mandatory city sightseeing bolted onto a race weekend, and no way to change any of it. Nothing matched the actual want — just the race, done properly, my way.
Fine, do it yourself then. Except DIY turned out to be its own part-time job: which ticket category actually sees the racing, which hotels are near a circuit shuttle, what the visa needs and in what order, how you get from an unfamiliar airport to an unfamiliar grandstand, what happens if a booking goes wrong in a different country. Days of cross-checking, dozens of tabs, and the nagging feeling of having missed something important.
That headache prompted me to start Arenixo. Arenixo exists so the next fan doesn't have to choose between someone else's package and a second job — we do the homework obsessively, plan the weekend around you, book everything in your name, and stay in touch while you travel.
How we earn trust
- Visa-first sequencing. Nothing non-refundable is bought before your visa is confirmed. Ever.
- Staged payments. Never the full amount upfront — a small booking deposit starts the planning, and you pay the rest as your trip comes together.
- Bookings in your name. Flights, hotel, tickets — booked in your name with every confirmation forwarded to you. You're never holding a promise; you're holding the actual bookings.
