1. Who we are and what we do

Arenixo ("we", "us") provides travel planning and booking assistance for sports events: research, itinerary design, visa guidance and processing support, bookings made on your behalf, pre-trip guides and remote trip support. We act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers who actually deliver travel services — airlines, accommodation providers, ticket sellers and visa agents.

2. Website content is informational

Prices, availability, entry rules and event details change constantly. Content on this website — including race pages and cost breakdowns — is provided for general information with the date it was researched, and is not an offer or a guarantee. Only a written, dated proposal issued to you personally constitutes an offer, and only its stated terms apply to your booking.

3. Quotes and payments

  • All quotes are indicative until you confirm with a booking deposit; after that, the quote is held for the short validity period stated in your proposal.
  • We never charge the full trip amount upfront. Payments are staged: a small booking deposit to begin planning and visa processing, with the balance due only after your visa is confirmed and before bookings are made.
  • The exact amounts, milestones and validity windows for your trip are stated in your written proposal before you pay anything.

4. Visas

Visa decisions are made solely by the issuing authorities; no one can guarantee an outcome, and we never claim to. Our commitment is to sequence your trip visa-first: nothing non-refundable is purchased before your visa is confirmed. If a visa application is rejected, you receive a full refund of amounts paid to us, less only the visa agent's non-refundable processing fee, as detailed in your proposal.

5. Cancellations and changes

  • If you cancel before paying the balance, the booking deposit is retained for planning and visa work already performed.
  • If you cancel after full payment and booking, amounts paid are not refundable by Arenixo — however, all bookings are made in your name and remain yours to use, change or cancel per each supplier's own policies.
  • If we cannot honour a quoted itinerary (for example, a category sells out before your balance payment), we will show you documented proof and offer a revised quote or a full refund including the deposit — your choice.
  • If Arenixo fails to deliver what your proposal promises, your deposit is refunded in full.
  • GST and TCS are applicable as per Government of India Laws

6. Supplier terms and responsibility

Travel services are delivered by third-party suppliers under their own terms and conditions, which apply to you alongside these terms. We choose suppliers carefully and will assist you in any dispute with them, but we are not liable for supplier failures, event cancellations or rescheduling by organisers, airline delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the service fee you paid us.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Providing accurate personal and document information (a passport error is a trip error).
  • Holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond travel, unless advised otherwise.
  • Arriving for flights and events on time — missed departures are not refundable by us.
  • Complying with the laws and entry requirements of the destination.

8. Travel insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip and is mandatory where a destination requires it. We can point you to options but you select and purchase your own policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
