This policy explains what personal information Arenixo ("we", "us") collects through arenixo.com and how we use it. We've written it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Waitlist form: your name, email address, Phone number, race interest, rough budget, departure city, and anything you write in the notes field.
Email: if you write to contact@arenixo.com, we keep the correspondence.
Nothing invisible: we do not run advertising trackers or sell-your-data analytics on this site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting the font files from Google's servers.

How we use it

To contact you about the races you told us you're interested in, including new cost breakdowns and package availability.
To prepare a travel proposal if you ask for one.
To provide customer support before and during a trip.
No spam or unnecessary messages or emails that you didn't sign up for.

That's the full list. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not send unrelated marketing.

Where it's stored

Waitlist entries are stored in a secured cloud database and in our business email, both access-controlled. If you book a trip, booking-related details are additionally shared with the suppliers who need them to deliver your trip — airlines, hotels, ticket sellers and visa-processing agents — and with no one else.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct it or delete it entirely.
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
